40 unit town house condo conversion with major interior and exterior rehabilitation.   Interior work included new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall (firewalls), fireplaces, flooring, all new mill work, granite and tile counter tops.  Exterior work included new driveways, fire hydrants, masonry trash enclosures, retaining walls, new roof flashings, window replacement, garage door and storage closets, new trellises and landscaping.
