Pine Avenue Affordable Apartments is the conversion of 17 small units into 14 family apartments with full rehabilitation of the units, buildings, and exterior sitework. The transformation includes reconfiguring the structures so that each unit is fully renovated and modernized to include new windows, doors, drywall, new kitchen and bathrooms, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and appliances.
