NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA–SBI has hit the mark by turning over “Collage” to their client, Jamboree Housing Corporation.
“We are really excited about what we have done with this project,” said Mark Wilson, Vice President of Southern California Construction for SBI Builders. “We’ve managed to take an underutilized area and built something that will offer stable housing for a changing environment.”
Located just north of Pacific Coast Highway on Pine Avenue in Long Beach, California, Collage is part of the Central Long Beach Redevelopment Project Area. The site transformation included reconfiguring seventeen units into fourteen units as well as providing better windows, insulation, and making the property more structurally sound.
Residents chosen by Jamboree Housing are already moving in to their new units and are enjoying the Southern California outdoors in their new community center, tot lot, and community gardens.
