NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA–The Community Center at The Grove at Villa Valencia will be opening soon for the residents of The Grove Villa Valencia in Redlands, CA.
“The residents in the early phases were extremely happy to learn that their new community center will be open soon,” said Debra Farrell, Sales Counselor at The Grove At Villa Valencia. “They are looking forward to splashing in the new pool, spending time playing on the playground, and shooting some hoops on the basketball court. People have already started talking about having back to school barbeques here.”
“We’ve installed a 10-person spa for the community,” said Stan Whitaker, superintendent for SBI Builders. “I expect it to get a lot of use in this community as the residents are extremely neighborly and will spend lots of time using these newly-built amenities.”
