The Classics at Kilmer Park is a 24 unit home community featuring three and four bedroom units in the moderate price range. Units are provided with upgraded interiors, large scale yards with manicured landscaping and feature two-car attached garages. Located at the intersection of Interstate 880 and 85 this project required coordination with CalTrans to bore utility connections through their easements. An onsite retention system was designed during the course of construction to meet necessary City and CalTrans requirements.
