Project Summary: Ingold is a new residential mixed-use community in the North Rollins Road Mixed-Use District in Burlingame, California. The 298-unit community is part of the City of Burlingame’s effort to establish a live/work complete residential neighborhood that connects to the Millbrae multimodal transit station. The community will feature parks, tree-lined streets, and a pedestrian orientation, as well as public and private open space amenities. The project will also include a half-acre public park, two exterior public plazas, and a secured dog park for residents only. With the pre-construction process underway, the project is targeting a Q4 2023/Q1 2024 construction start.
