The Morgan Hill Assisted Living Facility project is located in Morgan Hill, California on Butterfield Boulevard, on the outskirts of downtown Morgan Hill. The Project consists of the construction of a two-story, wood framed slab-on-grade building. The facility is comprised of 67 total units – 25 memory care and 42 assisted living. It includes a full-service commercial kitchen and commercial laundry facility, various amenity areas, and on grade parking. Site improvements include a new paved driveway and on-site parking, new underground utilities, and amenity courtyard.
